Britney Spears\u2019 son Jayden James is hitting back at the bizarre conspiracy theory that the pop star has been cloned.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hop on TikTok and I see this one video that has 1.2 million likes, and the caption is like, \u2018The biggest theory ever: Is Britney Spears still alive?\u2019\u201d Jayden, 19, said during a Friday livestream, per Us Weekly<\/a>, reports Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike, bro, you can go to her page and see her right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt makes me know that a lot of the stuff on media is exaggerated and fake,\u201d he continued. \u201cPeople know how gullible people are, and they use that to their advantage. Anyone that sees it on media, they just see it and if it has a lot of likes, they [believe] it. They don\u2019t even research it, they\u2019re just, \u2018Wow, yeah, it\u2019s crazy. I believe it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Jayden and his brother, Sean Preston, 20, whom Spears shares with her ex Kevin Federline, have had a rocky relationship with their mother over the years.<\/p>\n

For many years they did not see Spears, but their relationship appears to have improved.<\/p>\n

They reportedly held an intervention for the singer before she voluntarily went into rehab for substance abuse earlier this year.<\/p>\n

An insider claims that Spears, 44, was \u201cdragging her feet\u201d after checking in after a March 4 DUI arrest, until her sons got involved.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re the only ones she listens to, and they were so loving, so kind, but also so firm,\u201d the source shared.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Jayden and his brother made their fashion show debuts in Paris Fashion Week.<\/p>\n

The cloning theory has been around for at least a couple of years.<\/p>\n

The Hills alum Kristin Cavallari floated the conspiracy theory on her podcast back in 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s not Britney Spears [on social media]. I\u2019m sorry, it\u2019s not Britney Spears. Go look at photos! That\u2019s not Britney Spears,\u201d she declared on her Let\u2019s Be Honest<\/a> podcast.<\/p>\n

Cavallari also claimed that Kanye West had been cloned and blamed the scientific experiment on \u201cthe Illuminati [and] the cabal.\u201d<\/p>\n
