{"id":812890,"date":"2026-07-20T20:01:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T20:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/812890\/"},"modified":"2026-07-20T20:01:09","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T20:01:09","slug":"womens-golf-announces-2026-27-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/812890\/","title":{"rendered":"Women\u2019s Golf Announces 2026-27 Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BOISE, Idaho \u2013 The Boise State women&#8217;s golf team and head coach <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/coaches\/kailin-downs\/1458\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"1458\" target=\"_blank\">Kailin Downs<\/a> announced its 2026-27 schedule, which features 12 events across nine states.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n&#8220;We are excited for our first year in the Pac-12 and a schedule that features both familiar locations and a variety of new courses,&#8221; said Downs. &#8220;We have a great opportunity to host another in-state match against Idaho and play in really competitive tournaments that will allow us to prepare for the conference championship.&#8221;<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe Broncos open their inaugural Pac-12 season at the Badger Invitational, hosted in Madison, Wisconsin, Sept. 13-15. They follow with a trip to Spokane, Washington, for the Kalispel Invitational, held Sept. 21-22.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBoise State heads to Denver for the Ron Moore Intercollegiate, Oct. 2-4, then travels to San Marcos, Texas, for the Jim West Challenge, Oct. 18-19. The Blue and Orange conclude the fall at The Clash at Boulder Creek, played in Boulder Creek, Nevada, Oct. 25-27. The Broncos fired a school-record 846 (-18) at the 2024 edition of The Clash, tallying a fourth-place finish.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nThe spring portion of the season begins Feb. 8-10 with Mountain Classic Match Play. The Broncos will split hosting duties with Wyoming in Palm Desert, California. Boise State stays in Palm Desert for the Alice &amp; John Wallace Women&#8217;s Golf Classic, held Feb. 13-15.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe squad returns to Texas for the Alamo Invitational, played March 9-10 in San Antonio. The Broncos then fly to Maui, Hawai&#8217;i, for the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational, March 22-24. For the second-straight year, Boise State will host Idaho for the State of Idaho Match. The Broncos and Vandals will clash March 29 at Hillcrest Country Club.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBoise State concludes the regular season at the Cowgirl Classic, played in Maricopa, Ariz., April 6-7.
