The home was listed for $35,437 (US$23,000) a month \u2013 though it\u2019s unclear how much Nick paid during his stay.<\/p>\n Australian pop sensation Delta Goodrem had a brief relationship with then-19-year-old Nick Jonas but the pair called it quits just 10 months later from 2011 to 2012.
