{"id":817773,"date":"2026-07-23T01:55:10","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T01:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/817773\/"},"modified":"2026-07-23T01:55:10","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T01:55:10","slug":"report-grizzlies-to-buy-out-or-trade-d-lo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/817773\/","title":{"rendered":"Report: Grizzlies to buy out or trade D-Lo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Memphis Grizzlies are expected to buy out or trade D&#8217;Angelo Russell at some point this offseason, sources told <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/nba\/article\/grizzlies-dangelo-russell-expected-to-work-together-to-allow-veteran-guard-to-find-new-home-235415261.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Yahoo Sports&#8217; Kelly Iko<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Memphis acquired the veteran guard from the Washington Wizards as part of a six-team, 11-player trade earlier in July.<\/p>\n<p>Russell began the previous campaign with the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 10.2 points and shooting a career-low 29.5% from deep across 26 appearances. <\/p>\n<p>The Ohio State product was dealt to the Wizards last February as part of the Anthony Davis trade.
