CAR-T cell therapy<\/a> market for non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) reached $3.2b across the seven major markets (7MM) in 2025, according to DelveInsight.<\/p>\nThe 7MM consists of the US, EU4\u2013which as Germany, France, Italy, and Spain\u2013the UK, and Japan. The US alone accounted for 59% of total market size.<\/p>\n
The market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of about 7% from 2026 to 2036, supported by wider clinical adoption, expanding treatment indications, and new therapies entering the market.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe entry of emerging and late-stage CAR T-cell therapies is expected to intensify competition in the CAR T-cell therapy landscape for NHL during the forecast period,\u201d said Aparna Thakur, Project Manager of Forecasting at DelveInsight.<\/p>\n
Growth is being driven by demand for treatments for relapsed or refractory NHL, particularly aggressive subtypes such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and mantle cell lymphoma.\u00a0<\/p>\n
CAR-T therapies are also seeing broader use in earlier treatment settings and across additional lymphoma subtypes.<\/p>\n
Approved therapies such as TECARTUS, BREYANZI, KYMRIAH, and YESCARTA are competing alongside pipeline candidates under development.<\/p>\n
Drugmakers are developing next-generation CAR-T platforms, including allogeneic therapies aimed at broadening patient access and in vivo CAR-T approaches that generate CAR-T cells inside the patient\u2019s body after infusion.<\/p>\n
Across the 7MM, selected CAR-T indications in NHL recorded about 159,000 incident cases in 2025.
