The Music in Place Cabaret, a series of shows concludes this weekend with an important concert, featuring the music of the fabulous team of Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart.<\/p>\n
The pair was not only commercially very successful, their music has become foundational to the Great American Songbook.<\/p>\n
Their songs, \u201cMy Funny Valentine,\u201d \u201cBlue Moon,\u201d \u201cBewitched, Bothered and Bewildered,\u201d \u201cThe Lady is a Tramp,\u201d and \u201cWhere or When\u201d are Broadway classics.<\/p>\n
The concert, \u201cWith a Song in My Heart,\u201d will highlight those songs plus\u00a0 others \u2014 all to be performed by a cast of excellent award-winning Bay Area music professionals.<\/p>\n
Tickets to the 4 p.m., Sunday, July 26, show, held at the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, 551 Broadway in Sonoma, are $45 for general admission and $75 for VIP, which includes reserved seating and wine.<\/p>\n
