Jake Paul’s next sports venture could take him to the NFL.<\/p>\n

The boxing star claimed that multiple NFL teams have shown interest in having him on the roster.<\/p>\n

“I have a couple of teams and coaches that I’ve already talked to that are interested in bringing me onto the team,” Paul said during a recent interview with Front Office Sports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Paul also appeared to disparage NFL players, saying there’s a lot of “mediocrity” and “not good athletes” in the league.<\/p>\n

“I have better hands than them, I’m faster than them, I’m stronger than them, I work harder than them,” Paul said. “Really, all it’s going to take is me, after boxing, practicing some routes.”<\/p>\n

He added: “It’s really going to be quite easy.”<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old Paul shared that the Cleveland Browns would be his dream team, ideally lining up as a receiver.<\/p>\n

“I’ve been a Browns fan my whole entire life. My mom is a die-hard Browns fan, and I think they could use some good receivers over there,” Paul said.<\/p>\n

Paul hasn’t played organized football since attending Westlake High School, according to the Sporting News’ Bill Heyen<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Paul has evolved from social media influencer into a professional boxer. He owns a 12-2 record that includes wins over former MMA standouts Nate Diaz, Anderson Silva, and Tyron Woodley.<\/p>\n
