A Gold Coast influencer\u2019s Ferrari has been torn apart after the sports car slammed into a tree in a violent crash.<\/p>\n

Police had received reports of a single-vehicle crash on Rio Vista Boulevard at Mermaid Waters about 9.17am on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The Ferrari Spider \u201cleft the road and crashed into a tree,\u201d a Queensland Police spokesperson said.<\/p>\n

A man in his 30s, the car\u2019s driver and sole occupant, was assessed by first responders at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

\u201cInvestigations into the circumstances leading up to the crash are ongoing,\u201d the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n

A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said no patients required assistance from paramedics following the crash.<\/p>\n

Pictures shared on social media showed the Ferrari extensively damage following the crash.<\/p>\n

The red SF90 Spider was owned by Gold Coast property investor and influencer Sam Gordon, The Courier Mail<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n
