The reality star, who has lost over 225 kilograms, appeared on the Creative Chaos<\/a> podcast to unveil her new teeth.<\/p>\n

During her interview with host Hunter Ezell, Tammy shared that she’d gotten her smile makeover just a week earlier at Aspen Dental.<\/p>\n

\ufeff”Show me them chompers, girl!” Hunter said, as Tammy flashed a toothy grin. “Congratulations, that’s awesome.”<\/p>\n

“They’re temporary still,” Slaton explained. “But they had to cement them in because the glue wasn’t holding\u2026they had to pull teeth, and it’s a bridge. I’m still getting more done. It’s a process.”<\/p>\n

While Tammy \ufeffwas chuffed with her new teeth she did admit that online comments over her previously gappy smile used to sting.<\/p>\n

“I find it absolutely repulsive the amount of people that\ufeff comment on your videos, ‘When’s she going to fix her teeth?’ Do you not think she knows that?” Hunter said.<\/p>\n

Tammy replied, “It’s not easy. It’s not.”<\/p>\n

While on the podcast, Tammy also opened up about her relationship with fianc\u00e9e Andrea Dalton.<\/p>\n

\ufeffSpeaking about her recent birthday, Tammy said Andrea surprised her with tickets to see American psychic Theresa Caputo and also got a new ring.<\/p>\n

Tammy and Andrea’s engagement<\/p>\n

Tammy confirmed her engagement to girlfriend Andrea just months after their relationship went public.<\/p>\n

Tammy, 39, let the news \ufeffslip while speaking on the Creative Chaos<\/a> podcast in July.<\/p>\n

When talking about her relationship, the reality star referred to Andrea as her “fianc\u00e9e”, stopping the host in his tracks.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Tammy blushed as she confirmed the exciting news and held up her sparkling engagement ring.<\/p>\n

“My and my fianc\u00e9e we kind of just chill at home…” Tammy began. That’s when the host jumped in: “Hold on, you said fianc\u00e9e?”<\/p>\n

The news came as a shock to the host and to Tammy’s millions of fans who only recently learned about Tammy and Andrea’s relationship although it turns out the couple have been an item for “almost three years” now.<\/p>\n

\ufeffHow did Tammy and Andrea meet?<\/p>\n

In a Season 7 episode of 1000-Lb Sisters, Andrea explained how she and Tammy came into each other’s lives.<\/p>\n

“Tammy and\ufeff I met on a dating app, I had just got on there, I wasn’t on there very long.<\/p>\n

“I saw her and she saw me and we just started talking and it’s been like every day since.”<\/p>\n

Before Tammy made her relationship with Andrea official, she expressed concerns that her family wouldn’t be accepting of her dating a woman.<\/p>\n

Her relationship with Andrea was Tammy’s first connection since the death of her husband Caleb Willingham in June 2023.<\/p>\n

The 38-year-old, who previously came out as pansexual, \ufeffshared that she wants to take a new approach to dating.<\/p>\n

Then in January 2024, months after Ca\ufeffleb’s passing, Tammy shared a new update with fans about her dating preferences.<\/p>\n

“I was saying I was pansexual, but I kinda stopped messing with guys after my husband passed,” she said in a TikTok<\/a> video. “So, I’m like a lesbian.”<\/p>\n

While Tammy was excited for this new chapter she wasn’t sure how her family would take her relationship news.<\/p>\n

“So I haven’t told my family because my family’s gonna have something to say about it,” Tammy said.<\/p>\n
