Speaking to reporters on Wednesday morning, Doueihi said he missed the Raiders game due to a miscommunication between him and Marshall while also acknowledging that he can be \u201cstubborn\u201d at times.<\/p>\n
He also admitted he should have played the game<\/a> and that it \u201churt\u201d watching his teammate get beat up by the Raiders.<\/p>\n Doueihi spoke passionately about his love for the Tigers and quashed rumours that he was trying to get out of the club.<\/p>\n Despite his strong words, journalist Brent Read claimed on NRL 360 that some Tigers players still had a sour taste in their mouths over the saga.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not sure everyone in that playing group is overly happy with the way things have played out in the past week because there\u2019s been reputational damage,\u201d Read said.<\/p>\n \u201cI acknowledge the players have accepted his apology and taken him back. <\/p>\n \u201cI still think there\u2019s a bit of lingering tension over what\u2019s come out in the past week. It\u2019s come from people around Adam.
