RICHMOND, Ky. \u2013 Eastern Kentucky University head men’s golf coach Pat Stephens<\/a> announced the program’s 2026-27 schedule on Thursday afternoon, featuring 11 tournaments beginning early September.
\n\u00a0
\nEKU will compete in five events during the fall and six in the spring before closing the regular season at the United Athletic Conference Men’s Golf Championship in late April.
\n\u00a0
\nThe Colonels open the season, their first as a member of the UAC, on Sept. 6-8 at the Golfweek Fall Challenge at True Blue Golf Club in Pawleys Island, S.C.
\n\u00a0
\nEKU then returns to Huntington, W.Va., to defend its team title at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational on Sept. 14-15 before closing the month at Ball State’s Earl Yestingsmeier Intercollegiate on Sept. 28-29 in Muncie, Ind.

\nOctober begins with a short trip to Lexington for the Cullen Brown Intercollegiate, hosted by Kentucky at Lexington Country Club on Oct. 5-6. The fall season concludes at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate, hosted by East Tennessee State, from Oct. 19-21 at Blackthorn Golf Course in Jonesborough, Tenn.

\nEKU opens its spring schedule Feb. 15-16 at the Wexford Intercollegiate in Hilton Head Island, S.C., before traveling out west for the Bandon Dunes Championship from March 5-7 at Old Macdonald Golf Course in Bandon, Oregon.

\nThe Colonels remain on the road the following week for Florida State’s Seminole Intercollegiate from March 12-14 in Tallahassee, Fla, where the program had another top 10 result last season.

\nThe April schedule includes the Memphis Intercollegiate on April 5-6 at Colonial Country Club in Cordova, Tennessee, where EKU recorded a third-place finish last season, before wrapping up the regular season at West Virginia’s Mountaineer Invitational on April 12-13 at Pete Dye Golf Club in Bridgeport, W.Va.

\nThe Colonels will conclude the season at the inaugural UAC Men’s Golf Championship from April 30-May 2 at Greystone Golf Club in Dickson, Tenn.
\nEKU placed third overall at last season’s conference championship and had two golfers finish among the tournament’s top 10.
