But Levis thinks he should be a starter, somewhere.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are not 32 quarterbacks in this league better than me,\u201d Levis said. \u201cI know that for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Levis, the 2023 second-round pick who started 21 games in his first two seasons with the Titans but did not play at all last year, said he can take pride in what he\u2019s already done and thinks he\u2019ll get better.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have more confidence than I\u2019ve ever had,\u201d Levis said. \u201cI know from the tape I\u2019ve put on already that I\u2019m a dang good quarterback in this league, even better than I ever have been.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Levis said he is a more mature player now and less concerned about criticism or public perceptions of him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is really Year Four, I\u2019m a true vet at this point,\u201d Levis said. \u201cI\u2019ve definitely grown a lot.
