Boxer Lee Reeves is in a “stable but critical condition” after suffering a knockout in his fight with Gary Cully at the 3Arena in Dublin on Saturday night.<\/p>\n
The fight for the BUI Celtic super-lightweight title came to an end in the 10th round when Reeves suffered a heavy knockout from a big left hand from his opponent.<\/p>\n
Reeves was stretchered out of the ring and then taken to the hospital for further checks. He was also treated with oxygen ringside.<\/p>\n
In a statement, Queensberry Promotions said: “Lee Reeves is still in hospital, in a critical but stable condition.<\/p>\n
“We will know more in the coming days, and our thoughts and prayers remain with Lee and his family.”<\/p>\n
