Mike Tyson<\/a> is eager to revisit his exhibition match with Floyd Mayweather, whose fighting future remains unclear following a multi-million dollar lawsuit by CBS Sports Events.<\/p>\n

The organisation was expecting to produce Mayweather\u2019s events with Manny Pacquiao and Tyson, only to discover that the Hall of Famer was in breach of contact.<\/p>\n

This was because he had agreed to face Greek kickboxer Mike Zambidis, with the CBS lawsuit<\/a> ultimately leading to its cancellation earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Since then, a judge has ruled that Mayweather could proceed with the Zambidis fight if he wishes<\/a>, and it appears that one of the opportunities against Tyson and Pacquiao, or perhaps even both, could also be salvaged.<\/p>\n

Tyson has, after all, claimed to be in possession of a \u201cperfect\u201d pair of fists after withdrawing from the Mayweather exhibition due to a hand injury<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The pair\u2019s non-competitive encounter had been scheduled for April 25 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with Tyson set to enter the ring for the first time since his six-round debacle with Jake Paul in 2024.<\/p>\n

And despite no mention of a new date, the 60-year-old has told Ring Magazine<\/a> that he is hoping for the Mayweather exhibition to be rescheduled.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just waiting to see what happens. I could use a paycheque.\u201d<\/p>\n

At 49 years old, Mayweather has not fought in a sanctioned bout since his 10th-round stoppage of Conor McGregor in 2017.<\/p>\n
