One day after the Dodgers’ acquired Rortvedt from the New York Mets, they selected him to the major league roster to catch Tarik Skubal’s Dodgers debut on Tuesday night at Wrigley Field.

Hunter Feduccia, who was also acquired on Monday in a separate trade with the Tampa Bay Rays, was also recalled from Triple-A.
