In the black and white photograph, Ms Markle can be seen wearing a black one-piece swimsuit and sunglasses with her arms flung above her head as she jumps into a pool.<\/p>\n
In her hands are a bunch of about a dozen balloons, some of which say \u201cHappy Birthday\u201d on them.<\/p>\n
She captioned the happy snap with, \u201cThank you for the birthday love!\u201d followed by a balloon emoji.<\/p>\n
Ms Markle has disallowed comments on all of her posts.<\/p>\n
On her Instagram story, the now-45-year-old gave further insight into some of her birthday celebrations.<\/p>\n
She shared a black and white image which was taken immediately after the one shared on her grid, of her splashing into the pool with the balloons flying above the waterline.<\/p>\n
Then she shared a video of herself filmed by Prince Harry who, at one point, mutters, \u201coh dear\u201d while Ms Markle dances in their kitchen to birthday music.<\/p>\n
In the video, the Duchess of Sussex was wearing a white t-shirt which says \u201cIt\u2019s Giving Mrs\u201d on it, white lounge pants, and a tiara which says \u201cHappy Birthday\u201d.<\/p>\n
On the kitchen bench was another bouquet of birthday balloons, different from those which she jumped into the pool with.<\/p>\n

Then, Prince Harry pans the camera to what appears to be a bagel breakfast spread with something sizzling on the stove.<\/p>\n
In another video, the royals\u2019 rescue dogs are wearing party hats as Prince Harry and Ms Markle, both barefoot, giggle.<\/p>\n
Their beagle, Mamma Mia, and black labrador, Pula, do not appear to enjoy their headwear and Ms Markle can be heard saying, \u201cI\u2019m sorry\u201d to the dogs as she removed the party hats.<\/p>\n
