Max Verstappen<\/a> has revealed plans to open a personal museum featuring his racing memorabilia and the Formula 1<\/a> cars he has driven during his career, following Fernando Alonso’s lead.<\/p>\n

Despite being just 28 years old, the Dutchman already boasts an impressive trophy collection that has cemented his place among the most successful drivers in Formula 1 history, and that silverware is only expected to grow in the years to come.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Formule 1 Magazine, Verstappen admitted that opening a museum is something he would like to do in the future. Inspired by Alonso’s example in Spain, he envisions a venue displaying the Formula 1 cars from his career that could also motivate the next generation of aspiring drivers.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m thinking about where it should be. I would like something like that eventually. Fernando Alonso has that in Spain too. I think it\u2019s very nice. With all the cars, all the Formula 1 cars. Maybe it\u2019s a source of inspiration and motivation for young children.”<\/p>\n
