PSV Eindhoven have rejected Rangers’ improved \u00a36m offer for winger Couhaib Driouech and Burnley and Celta Vigo have now entered the race to sign the 24-year-old, with talks at an early stage. (Sky Sports, external<\/a>)<\/p>\n
