Cooper Duff-Tytler sprays another set shot, his second of the quarter, after the siren and Collingwood takes a six-point lead into the main break.

It’s been a terrific contest, with the ball zinging from end to end.

Eagles coach Andrew McQualter will be spending a large chunk of his half-time address trying to figure out what to do with Nick Daicos.

The Pies superstar leads all players with 21 disposals and has six clearances, six inside 50s and 363m gained.

West Coast has trialled the Brady Hough tag on Daicos, but it’s not really been all that effective.

Tim Kelly has also enjoyed a strong half for the Eagles with 16 disposals and six clearances.

The Eagles also have to figure out what to do with Harley Reid.

He’s fighting through a range of ailments out there, mainly a corkie just above his left knee that is heavily strapped, and he’s struggling to run.

Reid has still managed to pick up 11 touches and three clearances, but I wonder whether the Eagles play him out of full forward in the second half.

He copped the corkie after colliding with Pies ruckman Darcy Cameron during a centre clearance in the first quarter.

Nick Daicos (left) picked up 21 disposals in the first half and kicked a brilliant running goal.
