Verstappen is widely regarded as one of the most consistent drivers on the grid and has easily outpaced the drivers he has been paired up with in recent years.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
Hadjar was handed the second seat at Red Bull for 2026 after just one season at the sister Racing Bulls outfit.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
The Frenchman has impressed with a consistent stretch of results inside the top six and is heading towards a likely extension for 2027.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
Assessing how he approaches the intra-team battle with Verstappen, Hadjar told the Talking Bulls podcast: \u201cI’ve always been curious to know, what’s the highest level in the world?\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat is it like to share the same car as the best driver on the grid?\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd at 21 years old, I have the luxury to get to compare myself against Max and see what he does.\u201d\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
Verstappen has out-qualified Hadjar eight times to three so far this year as the latter continues to find his feet at the team.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
Hadjar added: \u201cEvery time he’s out there on track, he puts such a high benchmark and tough times to beat.\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
