With a focus on delivering scalable, AI-optimized digital infrastructure for enterprise and high-performance computing (HPC) needs, DartPoints will expand its presence in key markets with more than 25 MW of additional utility capacity through early 2027.

The expansion includes purpose-built data center growth in Greenville, SC; Columbia, SC; Columbus, IN; and Cincinnati, OH. Each site will feature infrastructure capable of supporting up to 120 kW per cabinet, designed for architectural flexibility. Configurations will include private suites, cage builds and cabinet-level deployments. Customers can choose from traditional air cooling, direct-to-chip liquid cooling or hybrid systems tailored to their specific workload needs. This flexibility allows DartPoints to support a broad range of use cases, from AI model training and HPC clusters to enterprise virtualization, while maintaining performance, efficiency and scalability.

“Our vision of delivering AI-ready environments in the next ring of U.S. markets is now becoming a reality through our partnership with NOVA Infrastructure,” said Scott Willis, CEO of DartPoints. “By building closer to the people, applications and data that drive modern business, we’re enabling enterprises to meet the demands of latency-sensitive, distributed workloads. This expansion proves we’re putting our capital to work to deliver on that promise.”

Designed to support AI and high-density compute environments, the new builds will empower enterprises with localized, scalable infrastructure. With this expansion, organizations are no longer limited to Tier 1 markets. They gain access to advanced infrastructure near where their users and applications reside. DartPoints’ facilities will support next-generation thermal demands using both direct-to-chip liquid cooling and high-density air systems to accommodate AI inference, machine learning and data-intensive workloads.

“We’re designing for tomorrow’s workloads, whether that’s training models, running inference or scaling secure, multi-tenant cloud services,” said Brad Alexander, CTO of DartPoints. “Our sites will incorporate hybrid cooling technologies to support higher densities, while preserving the flexibility that multi-tenant environments require.”

These deployments build on DartPoints’ longstanding focus on regional engagement and economic development. While national discourse around data center growth often centers on environmental concerns and infrastructure strain, DartPoints’ approach brings high-value digital infrastructure to mid-size and underserved markets. This supports local tech ecosystems and attracts complementary industries.

“Local relationships are at the heart of what we do,” added Willis. “In markets like Greenville and Columbus, we’re not just expanding our campuses, we’re helping catalyze digital economies and creating opportunity from the ground up.”

With construction underway and phased deployments scheduled through early 2027, DartPoints is actively engaging enterprises, managed service providers and high-growth, workload-intensive technology platforms seeking high-density colocation and interconnection solutions. The new facilities will be AI- and HPC-ready from day one and offer seamless connectivity to major public cloud platforms and Internet exchanges.

About DartPoints

DartPoints is a leading provider of high-performance enterprise colocation, cloud, and managed service solutions, enabling advanced workloads including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and high-performance computing.
