Notably, Eastern will play the 2025-26 top-three regular season finishers in Miami, Ball State, and Massachusetts just once, while it will play 10th place Western Michigan twice, and 13th place Buffalo twice.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nEastern begins conference play on the road with the 99th meeting between the Eagles and Western Michigan Broncos, Eastern&#8217;s most storied rivalry, Jan. 2. From there, EMU travels east for a two-game home swing against Kent State, Jan. 6, and Ohio, Jan. 9.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe 98th matchup between Eastern Michigan and Central Michigan is set for Jan. 13 in Mt. Pleasant, Mich., before Eastern heads to the Empire State to face Buffalo, Jan. 16.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAfter UB, another two-game home swing awaits the Green and White as it&#8217;s scheduled to host Bowling Green, Jan. 20, and the Akron Zips, Jan. 23.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe Eagles will round out the month of January with two road games, beginning with a tilt at Ball State, Jan. 27, followed by a contest at Toledo, Jan. 30.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nEastern begins the month of February with a home game against Buffalo, Feb. 3, prior to traveling east for a clash with Massachusetts, Feb. 10.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nNext, the Eagles welcome the defending MAC Tournament Champion, Miami, to the George Gervin GameAbove Center, Feb. 13, before facing Western Michigan for the 100th time in program history, Feb. 17.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThree of the final five regular-season games will take place on the road, first of which is a contest at Ohio, Feb. 20, followed by a battle at Bowling Green, Feb. 24.
