All your favorite toys are coming to the small screen starting\u00a0next week.<\/p>\n

Disney and Pixar\u2019s Toy Story 5<\/a>, which earned a cool $1.09 billion at the global box office and $470.7 million domestically, will be available for digital purchase or rental starting August 18.<\/p>\n

The fifth film, directed by Andrew Stanton and Kenna Harris, sets toy against tech. \u201cWoody (Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen), Jessie (Joan Cusack) and the rest of the gang’s jobs are challenged when they come face-to-face with Lilypad (Greta Lee), a brand-new tablet device that arrives with her own disruptive ideas about what is best for their kid, Bonnie (Scarlett Spears),\u201d the logline reads.<\/p>\n

In addition to the regular voice cast, the film is as star-studded as a kid\u2019s bedroom ceiling. While Lee voices the controversial frog-shaped tablet, Conan O\u2019Brien is Smarty Pants, a toilet training toy, and Craig Robinson is Atlas, an upbeat hippo GPS toy. Benito Antonio Mart\u00ednez Ocasio, also known as Bad Bunny, makes a voice cameo as Pizza with Sunglasses and Alan Cumming makes his cameo as Evil Bullseye, Bullseye\u2019s playtime alter ego during an imagination sequence.<\/p>\n

If how much money it made in theaters doesn\u2019t speak to you, the animated flick also got a 93% Tomatometer score on Rotten Tomatoes, making it nearly as beloved as the rest of the franchise.<\/p>\n

Toy Story 5 will be available for digital purchase or rental starting on August 18 on Prime Video and Fandango, and on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD disc starting September 22.<\/p>\n

Will there be Toy Story 5\u00a0digital extras?<\/p>\n

Yes, when you buy the film on 4K and regular Blu-ray discs, you\u2019ll get a digital copy in Steelbook packaging with artwork depicting Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Bullseye and the new tech characters, Lilypad and Smarty Pants.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also get commentary by co-director Kenna Harris, production designer Bob Pauley and VFX supervisor Thomas Jordan; five deleted sequences with an introduction by director Andrew Stanton and Harris; a gag reel; and four featurettes: \u201cThe Toys Are Back in Town\u201d about returning to the franchise, \u201cCasting Playtime\u201d about new cast members including Conan O\u2019Brien and Greta Lee, \u201c50 Buzzes and The Great Escape\u201d about a key scene in the film, and \u201cThe Lost Toys\u201d about concepts cut from the film, the outlet reports.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The digital version will also come with Taylor Swift\u2019s music video for \u201cI Knew It, I Knew You\u201d and a lyric video for the song.<\/p>\n

You can bundle the film with the original Toy Story or a five-film collection that will be released digitally and on DVD, as well.<\/p>\n
