After spending five years on the sidelines following his brutal leg injury at UFC 264 the former UFC double champion made his return to action last month at UFC 329. McGregor faced Max Holloway in a main event rematch, but it lasted just 69 seconds after McGregor blew his knee out in the opening seconds of the fight. \u201cNotorious\u201d has been trying to recover \u2014 as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmamania.com\/ufc-329-mcgregor-vs-holloway-2\/457603\/conor-mcgregor-demands-refunds-bettors-lost-money-ufc-329-sportsbooks-tell-notorious-foot-bill\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">save some face<\/a> \u2014 ever since then.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">On Friday, McGregor posted a video clip to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DcCWsN5Eof5\/?igsh=anpvenVmbDdkdTQ4\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> to show fight fans how his post-surgery rehab is coming along. \u201cNotorious\u201d has already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmamania.com\/latest-news\/459392\/fans-react-to-conor-mcgregors-leg-workout-just-two-weeks-after-tearing-acl-at-ufc-329-video\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">surprised many with some of the workouts<\/a> he\u2019s been doing, but it looks like McGregor is taking his efforts to the next level.
