If there is one artist working today who can be counted on to create the kind of cross-genre, multigenerational hit that radio stations across the country crave, it is Bruno Mars<\/a>. The secret to the success of his career has been that almost all of his smashes are radio-friendly and family-friendly, but just funky enough to appeal to a wide audience.<\/p>\n Mars returned earlier this year with \u201cI Just Might,\u201d which fronted his then-upcoming album The Romantic, his first solo full-length in nearly a decade. The single lifts from No. 3 and conquers the roster in its twentieth frame.<\/p>\n Bruno Mars Scores His Twelfth Radio No. 1<\/p>\n \u201cRisk It All\u201d becomes Mars\u2019s twelfth No. 1 on the Radio Songs chart. He now claims the second-most leaders in the history of the ranking and sits only one smash away from matching Rihanna\u2019s record 13 rulers.<\/p>\n Last week, when \u201cRisk It All\u201d appeared only a few spaces beneath the summit, Mars was still tied with Mariah Carey, who claims 11 No. 1s.
