He is expected to train with the team at the start of preseason while Partizan continues to assess his status.<\/p>\n<p>Parker joined Partizan from Barcelona as one of the club\u2019s marquee additions but struggled to establish a consistent role, averaging 7.7 points and 2.5 rebounds in 15 EuroLeague appearances.<\/p>\n<p>He completed the season on loan at Joventut Badalona.
