href=\"https:\/\/www.v8sleuth.com.au\/stats-driver-2726-Kai-Allen\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kai Allen<\/a> case to the FIA International Court of Appeal after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.v8sleuth.com.au\/dismissed-supercars-loses-allen-appeal\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">failing to overturn the stewards\u2019 decision at a national level<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motorsport Australia today confirmed that the National Court of Appeal had last night dismissed Supercars\u2019 appeal against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.v8sleuth.com.au\/why-allen-escaped-perth-disqualification\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the non-penalty for a minimum tyre pressure breach for Car #26 in Race 25<\/a> (i.e. the Sunday contest at Wanneroo).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A written explanation for the decision is due within 14 days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a statement, Supercars reiterated its commitment \u201cto maintaining the integrity of the championship and the consistent administration of the rules across all events\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Championship supremo Barclay Nettlefold said: \u201cSupercars acknowledges the authority of the National Court of Appeal and the outcome of this proceeding.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe brought the appeal because we believed that it raised important issues concerning the conduct of stewards\u2019 hearings and the application of the rules that warranted consideration by the National Court of Appeal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/superstore.v8sleuth.com.au\/products\/v8-sleuth-magazine-issue-5?utm_source=website&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=buy-button&amp;utm_content=buy-button\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/sleuth-mag-issue-5-2.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSupercars will consider its position in relation to the future of this matter upon receipt of the written reasons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe acknowledge Motorsport Australia and Grove Racing for their professionalism throughout.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grove Racing also responded to the verdict via a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe acknowledge Monday\u2019s ruling and thank the court and its members for their time,\u201d said team owner Stephen Grove.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe matter is now closed, and our full focus turns to Queensland Raceway and the battle for the Sprint Cup title.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe thank our crew, partners and fans for their continued support.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supercars will have seven days to pursue a right of appeal to the FIA upon receipt of the
