The Swiss squad has two key riders who managed to secure victories this month at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idlprocycling.com\/cycling\/lemmen-and-barre-tumble-off-tour-de-pologne-podium-for-visma-lease-a-bike-as-tudor-seals-double-victory\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the Tour of Poland<\/a>. Fabian Cancellara\u2019s team has few overall classification ambitions; its main focus is on stage wins, both in breakaways and in time trials.<\/p>\n<p>Tudor will make its debut in the Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a. The Swiss team has already competed in the Giro d&#8217;Italia and the Tour de France, and will now take the start in Spain for the first time. Combining experience with youthful courage, the team will begin the race in Monaco, where a golden (or red?) opportunity awaits right from the start.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.idlprocycling.com\/stefan-kung\" title=\"Stefan K\u00fcng\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Stefan K\u00fcng<\/a> is one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudorprocycling.com\/post\/vamos-tudor-pro-cycling-is-taking-on-its-first-vuelta-a-espa%C3%B1a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">team\u2019s<\/a> leaders. The 32-year-old Swiss rider joined Tudor this year but got off to an unfortunate start with a broken femur. He recovered and went on to win the final time trial at the Tour of Poland. It brought tears to K\u00fcng\u2019s eyes, and he\u2019s poised to make a strong showing in the opening time trial. The latter, an American, has previously finished 22nd overall in the Vuelta, but will primarily be part of breakaways in this edition. Brenner was in top form at the Tour of Poland and took the overall victory. The 23-year-old German made his Grand Tour debut at the 2022 Vuelta and is now returning to Spanish soil.<\/p>\n<p>Larry Warbasse, along with K\u00fcng, brings the necessary experience to the team. The 36-year-old American is set to compete in his fourteenth Grand Tour and his sixth Vuelta, where he will serve as the team\u2019s breakaway captain. In contrast, Hannes Wilksch, Fabian Weiss, and Roland Thalmann are making their debuts.
