Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Warriors fans and fans across the country.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">The Golden State Warriors have gone with the \u201crunning it back\u201d approach this offseason, as they\u2019ve yet to sign or trade for a player outside of the organization \u2026 and training camp is, somehow, right around the corner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">Running it back has its positives and its negatives, and it certainly suggests that the team will continue trying to build their future around their small corps of young players. That, of course, includes Brandin Podziemski, who is extension eligible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">The Warriors and Podziemski have until the eve of the season to agree on an extension. Otherwise, he\u2019ll play out his rookie deal this year, and enter next offseason as a restricted free agent. It seems likely that Podz and the Dubs will reach an agreement on an extension in the next two months, but for how much?
