\u201cI guess it\u2019s up to him whether he wants to play in the World Cup but at some stage he will need surgery. It\u2019s been bothering him so he definitely needs an operation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Haas flipped his Test allegiances from Australia to Samoa before last year\u2019s Pacific Championships, doing so in order to represent his mother\u2019s heritage. <\/p>\n
There were talks earlier this year that Haas was considering a shock move back to the Kangaroos for the World Cup, but the gun forward quickly dispeled those rumours.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to represent my mum, my grandmother and my grandad as well, and there is no way in hell that I would do that,\u201d Haas said.<\/p>\n
