Here we go for the last 11 or 12 race weekends of the season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1s160rg\">Eleven or twelve because we still don\u2019t know where the season will end: it should be in Abu Dhabi on the first weekend in December, a week after Qatar, but if Donald Trump\u2019s war with Iran rules out those two then a European finale will be arranged, likely at Imola. Which should be fun, given the seasonal weather in November\/December.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-1s160rg\">We signed off in Hungary last month <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/sport\/2026\/jul\/26\/lando-norris-takes-f1-hungarian-gp-for-first-victory-of-season-as-piastri-retires\" data-link-name=\"in body link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">with a first win of the season<\/a> for Lando Norris and McLaren.
