That is no guarantee, however, after coach Trent Robinson hinted last week the injury may be worse than first thought. \u201cIt\u2019s been, obviously, a bit frustrating for Ted and we\u2019ve named him each week, but he\u2019s not right to play this week,\u201d Robinson said. \u201cHe\u2019s progressed quite well, but it\u2019s a bit more niggly than what we thought.\u201d Channel Nine reporter Danny Weidler then added to the mystery by revealing on Monday morning that Tedesco has been unusually quiet on the injury. Weidler said he has a \u201cpretty good relationship\u201d with the Roosters fullback and texted him three weeks ago to see how the injury was but hasn\u2019t got an answer back. \u201cNormally he\u2019ll come back with, \u2018Yeah it\u2019s sweet\u2019, but nothing back. I thought if it wasn\u2019t too bad he\u2019d be probably say he\u2019s sweet,\u201d Weidler said on \u2018The Big Sports Breakfast\u2019. \u201cI don\u2019t know about this week but apparently other weeks when he\u2019s been getting to that captain\u2019s run stage he hasn\u2019t been able to get the power he needs out of the ankle to trust it.\u201d <\/p>\n
