A man has been charged after he allegedly attempted to drop more than $1 million worth of drugs into a Queensland prison using a drone.<\/p>\n
Queensland Police say a drone was located inside the Townsville Correctional Centre with a package attached to it, which allegedly contained methylamphetamine and GBL, prescription drugs, a glass pipe, and syringes, on May 17.<\/p>\n
A mobile phone and SIM card were also allegedly located in the drone\u2019s package.<\/p>\n
