The basic tier is going down from $12 a month to $9.99 per month (what it used to be a few years ago), but will now include ads, stream in HD and have no downloads.<\/p>\n<p>Standard is going up to $17.99 a month ($1 a month increase) and allows for streaming in HD with no ands, the ability to watch on 2 screens at once and download onto 2 devices, and Premium is now $23.99 a month ($2 price increase per month) and allows for streaming in 4K, with no ads, the ability to watch on 4 screens at once and download onto 4 devices.<\/p>\n<p>NEW STAN PLANS (AUGUST 2026)<\/p>\n<p>Stan Basic \u2013 $10 a month (previously $12 a month) \u2013 Ads \/ 1080p<br \/>\nStan Standard \u2013 $17 a month (previously $16 a month) \u2013 No Ads \/ 1080p<br \/>\nStan Premium \u2013 $24 a month (previously $22 a month) \u2013 No Ads \/ 4K<\/p>\n<p>In an email sent to subscribers, Stan said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom edge-of-your-seat global exclusives to homegrown\u00a0Stan\u00a0Originals and unmissable Sport you can\u2019t get anywhere else, our mission is to keep bringing you the best streaming experience possible.<\/p>\n<p>As we continue to bring you the biggest line-up of entertainment, the price of your Premium Entertainment plan will change to $23.99 a month from your regular billing date on\u00a024 September 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Stan has announced a total plan overhaul that is in effect starting now.
