SUPERCARS is poised to turn to Greg Murphy to bolster its television talent for the upcoming Ryco Enduro Cup.<\/p>\n

Having freshened up its broadcast product by injecting Richard Craill and Garth Tander<\/a> into the commentary box, a question has lingered as to how vacancies would be filled when regular contributors James Courtney<\/a>, Mark Winterbottom<\/a> and Craig Lowndes<\/a> switched back into co-driver mode for The Bend 500 and Bathurst 1000.<\/p>\n

Neil Crompton<\/a> is known to have been offered a two-round cameo, something which he rejected in favour of being in the pitlane with Toyota-aligned Brad Jones Racing.<\/p>\n

Mark Skaife<\/a> was thought to be in line for a return, but that is understood to now be off the table.<\/p>\n

Enter Murphy, the popular and well-spoken Kiwi with an ability to call it for what it is.<\/p>\n

The four-time Bathurst 1000 winner has made sporadic appearances on the Supercars broadcast over the years. He retired as a full-timer at the end of 2012, but competed in the Great Race as recently as 2022 in an Erebus Motorsport wildcard with Richie Stanaway<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Accomplished caller Matt White will also be part of the Bathurst broadcast, in his capacity with the Seven Network.<\/p>\n

The 2026 Enduro Cup will open at Tailem Bend on September 11-13 before Mount Panorama hosts the big one on October 8-11.<\/p>\n
