Powered by the Zepp OS 6 platform developed by Amazfit\u2019s parent company Zepp Health, the Balance 3 uses the HybridCharge energy intelligence system, which tracks your training load, recovery, stress and daily physical demands into a single score out of 100.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This score shows a summary of the three tenets of HybridCharge, BioCharge (energy levels), LifeLoad (stress, fatigue etc.) and Training Load (current strain), giving you an instant look at your current state.<\/p>\n

You can track your exercises automatically, with 180+ Sports Modes including an official HYROX mode, and golf mode with downloadable course maps, and strength training with 25 auto-recognized exercises.<\/p>\n
