{"id":871272,"date":"2026-08-28T09:12:11","date_gmt":"2026-08-28T09:12:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/871272\/"},"modified":"2026-08-28T09:12:11","modified_gmt":"2026-08-28T09:12:11","slug":"tigers-lock-in-dreamtime-in-darwin-team","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/871272\/","title":{"rendered":"Tigers lock in Dreamtime in Darwin team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article__summary\">\n                Richmond&#8217;s line-up for Sunday&#8217;s Dreamtime in Darwin clash has been confirmed.\n            <\/p>\n<p>Richmond&#8217;s side that will travel to Darwin for Dreamtime against Essendon this Sunday night has been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>As announced on Thursday, speedster Georgia Stubs has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.richmondfc.com.au\/news\/2113605\/stubs-to-make-aflw-debut-in-dreamtime-in-darwin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">earned her AFLW debut<\/a>, following an impressive pre-season after being traded to Richmond in the summer.<\/p>\n<p>The pacy midfielder was drafted to the Kangaroos back in 2023 with the 30th\u00a0overall draft pick, before being traded to the Tigers in the off-season.<\/p>\n<p>Standing at 167cm tall, Stubs is handy across half-back and has already shown off her agility, high-level hunger at the contest and elite ball-reading ability.<\/p>\n<p>SCROLL DOWN FOR THE FULL ROUND 3 TEAM<\/p>\n<p>Stubs replaces Maddie Shevlin (omitted) in the team.<\/p>\n<p>The backline is made up of Laura McClelland, Fina Dethlefsen, Isabel Bacon, Montana Beruldsen and Ally Dallaway.<\/p>\n<p>Libby Graham, Sierra Grieves and Dana East make up the centreline. Poppy Kelly takes the spot in the ruck, alongside followers Monique Conti and Emelia Yassir.<\/p>\n<p>Mackenzie Ford, skipper Gabby Seymour, Katie Brennan, Olivia Wolmarans and Caitlin Greiser complete the forward line.<\/p>\n<p>The final interchange is made up of Charli Wicksteed, Aoibhin Cleary, Beth Lynch, Stubs and Rebecca Miller.<\/p>\n<p>Shevlin, Ana Mulholland and Baia Pugh are the emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>Richmond takes on Essendon at TIO Stadium this Sunday from 7.20pm (AEST), 6.50pm (local time).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Richmond&#8217;s line-up for Sunday&#8217;s Dreamtime in Darwin clash has been confirmed.
