Her last full concerts were in 2020.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The announcement prompted a furious scramble for tickets not seen since American singer Taylor Swift\u2019s The Eras tour in 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">Dion appeared at the Eiffel Tower for the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics that same year, with her show-stealing performance later becoming the subject of speculation about whether she had sung or lip-synched.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The singer disclosed in 2022 that she had been was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/life\/entertainment\/singer-celine-dion-is-taking-life-one-day-at-a-time-gives-health-update-in-rare-interview?ref=inline-article\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"gap-x-04 items-center inline text-primary-60 select-auto\" aria-label=\"link\" target=\"_blank\" data-testid=\"custom-link\">diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome<\/a>, an incurable autoimmune disorder.
