Jones missed six games last season after sustaining a neck injury during a Week 12 loss to the Bears and underwent spinal fusion surgery in the offseason.

Prior to his injury, Jones struggled to establish himself on the Steelers’ O-line. The 14th overall pick in the 2023 draft, Jones has allowed 22 sacks in his career, which is fourth among tackles since 2023, per Pro Football Focus. In 2025, Jones garnered a 57.7 overall PFF grade, which was 70th among 89 qualified offensive tackles, and the Steelers declined his fifth-year option earlier this offseason.

He now gets a fresh start in Dallas.
