The 35-year-old shrugged off a bloody left eye from an accidental head clash to earn clear 97-93 (twice) and 96-94 verdicts on the three judges\u2019 cards.<\/p>\n
Her win meant Cameron added Mayer\u2019s WBC and WBA titles to the WBO belt she already owned, and re-established herself firmly at the top of her sport.<\/p>\n
