&Partners, a St. Louis-based hybrid broker\/dealer launched by David Kowach, the former president and CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors<\/a>, has recruited two teams from Commonwealth Financial Network and Wells Fargo.<\/p>\n

This week, SBS Retirement Consultants, the firm\u2019s first advisor practice in the state of Alaska, has joined &Partners. The Fairbanks, Alaska-based team had a pre-hire assets under management of $684 million, and moved over from Commonwealth after 22 years with the broker\/dealer.<\/p>\n

This follows Commonwealth\u2019s acquisition by LPL Financial, which closed last year<\/a>; the team jumps ahead of a transition period for Commonwealth advisors to LPL\u2019s platform.<\/p>\n

The team is led by partners and advisors Shawn Wiegard, Jordan Hendry, Ben Roth and Shannon Staiger. They\u2019re joined by Ethan Daniels, partner and director of planning, and Laura Schaeffer, Calvon Boots, and Rebecca Bentass, senior client service associates.<\/p>\n

Last week, &Partners recruited Crown Legacy Wealth, a Bellevue, Wash.-based team with $838 million in pre-hire AUM, from Wells Fargo Advisors.<\/p>\n

The team is led by founders Thomas Faley and Jason Eckerman. They\u2019re joined by Jeni Gonzales, partner and practice director of operations; Ali Boop-Nilsen, director, wealth management associate; and Sean Price, director, wealth management.<\/p>\n

The two teams represent the 123rd and 124th to join &Partners since it was founded in 2023, bringing its total assets to $60 billion as of July 31.<\/p>\n

This follows news in July that &Partners added 32 North Wealth<\/a>, a Meridian, Miss.-based practice with $1.8 billion in pre-hire AUM, also from Wells Fargo.<\/p>\n

&Partners has had much success recruiting advisors from Wells Fargo.
