As wave pool publication Blooloop <a href=\"https:\/\/blooloop.com\/awm-ctg-eastern-swell-dynamics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">reports<\/a>, wave pool manufacturer American Wave Machines (AWM) has partnered with China Tourism Group (CTG) to form a joint venture called Eastern Swell Dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>AWM is already well-known to surfers as the developer of the PerfectSwell wave pool technology. The proprietary system uses pneumatic power to create waves and is already in use in a number of projects around the world, including Waco Surf in the United States,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theinertia.com\/surf\/heres-a-first-look-at-japans-new-wave-pool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-bw-imp-id=\"be1c029e-6d7a-412a-954d-c5474f2f72dc\" data-bw-id=\"bw-be1c029e-6d7a\" data-bw-nonce=\"27bfcb4c-a4b5-441c-b4e0-e24d92c849ad\" data-bw-event-track=\"true\">Shizunami Surf Stadium<\/a> in Japan, and Boa Vista Village in Brazil. Notably, the company has already made inroads to the Chinese Market with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theinertia.com\/surf\/riyue-bay-surf-resort-china-wave-pool-air-section\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Riyue Bay Surf Resort<\/a>, located in Wanning, on Hainan Island\u2019s southeast coast and <a href=\"https:\/\/perfectswellsurf.com\/awm-announces-partnership-with-china-tourism-group\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">also<\/a> a partnership with CTG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u201cThe formation of Eastern Swell Dynamics reflects the next phase of PerfectSwell growth,\u201d said AWM founder Bruce McFarland. \u201cAWM brings the surf technology, enthusiasm for the sport and surf park\u00a0experience. CTG brings extraordinary regional capability, destination development experience and institutional reach.
