NORTHFIELD, Vt. \u2013 Norwich University Athletics is now hiring work study and student employees for the 2025-26 academic year, with open positions across multiple departments that help make Cadet Athletics run smoothly and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Students can now apply for roles in:<\/p>\n
\n\tGame Management \u2013 Scoreboard operation, shot clock operation, sideline crew, ball running, setup crew, and breakdown crew
\n\tAthletic Communications \u2013 Graphic design, social media, livestreaming, photography, videography, statistics, sideline communication, play-by-play announcing, and PA announcing
\n\tStrength & Conditioning \u2013 Equipment maintenance, facility setup, lifting session assistance, tracking attendance or data, clinic support, and event staffing
\n\tCertified Lifeguards \u2013 Lap swim monitoring, pool rule enforcement, emergency response, and safety protocol maintenance
\n\tEquipment Room \u2013 Laundry operations, locker room setup, travel bag packing, inventory support, and gear organization

Before applying, students must check their Federal Work Study eligibility with the Financial Aid Office<\/a>, located on the third floor of Jackman Hall. The office can also be reached by phone at 802-485-2850.<\/p>\n Norwich Athletics will be present at the fall New Student\u00a0Engagement Fair on Saturday, Aug. 23.\u00a0 Athletic Communications and the Marketing & Communications Office will host adjacent tables at the event to discuss available roles and answer student questions.<\/p>\n Department contacts for more information:<\/p>\n
