They were declared dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"a man stands in a pen filled with sheep and smiles to the camera\" class=\"Image_image__5tFYM ContentImage_image__DQ_cq\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/b83d58877643058a2a2dd4a8819bb9a6.jpeg\" loading=\"lazy\" data-component=\"Image\" data-lazy=\"true\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Typography_base__sj2RP FigureCaption_text__zDxQ5 Typography_sizeMobile12__w_FPC Typography_lineHeightMobile20___U7Vr Typography_regular__WeIG6 Typography_colourInherit__dfnUx\" data-component=\"Typography\">Ian Campbell&#8217;s family has been farming for generations.\u00a0 (Supplied)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The fourth-generation dairy farmer founded Barambah Organics, a family-owned dairy farming company in Queensland, alongside his wife, Jane.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The family still part-owns the company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The Campbell family have been farmers for many generations and were based in the South Burnett region for more than 100 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">More recently, the Campbell family founded Ma\u00f1ana Pastoral in the Goondiwindi region. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil, as well as grass-fed lamb and beef.<\/p>\n<p>Investigation into crash<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Initial investigations indicated the plane left Archerfield Airport at about 10:57am before crashing at approximately 11:10am, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Eight Queensland Fire Department crews were on the scene to extinguish a fire caused by the crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Detailed circumstances of the crash are still being investigated by Queensland Police Service and the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"firefighters work to put out a fire after a plane crash in a field\" class=\"Image_image__5tFYM ContentImage_image__DQ_cq\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/a6b2d9dda834f06aee5ea6bbd2af8b09.jpeg\" loading=\"lazy\" data-component=\"Image\" data-lazy=\"true\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Typography_base__sj2RP FigureCaption_text__zDxQ5 Typography_sizeMobile12__w_FPC Typography_lineHeightMobile20___U7Vr Typography_regular__WeIG6 Typography_colourInherit__dfnUx\" data-component=\"Typography\">The plane crashed in the Stockleigh area shortly after 11am yesterday.
