The Manly Sea Eagles<\/a> confirmed that twelve players will leave the club after the 2026 season.<\/p>\n

Reuben Garrick<\/a> headlines the list, giving Manly eight years from his club debut in 2019. He rose to become one of the club’s mainstay backline players and ranks second in all-time points scored at the club, only behind Graham Eadie.<\/p>\n

Garrick will head to the Sydney Roosters<\/a> on a two-year deal until the end of the 2028 season.<\/p>\n

Nathan Brown<\/a> will also leave the club after joining in 2024. He played his 200th NRL<\/a> game in Round 26.<\/p>\n

Currently, he remains unsigned after revealing this season was his last in the NRL<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He spoke to AAP in August about his future, remaining hopeful to receive a deal<\/a> to play in the Super League<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“You don’t want to be finishing by just clutching at the straws and hanging on by a thread,” he said.<\/p>\n

“I feel like I can probably still physically play another year in the NRL<\/a>. But in the mental side of things, I’m just ready.”<\/p>\n

Siosiua Taukeiaho<\/a>, Aaron Schoupp<\/a>, Paul Bryan<\/a>, Zach Dockar-Clay<\/a>, Blake Wilson<\/a>, Fletcher Baker<\/a>, Zaidas Muagututia<\/a>, Viliami Fifita<\/a> and Tex Hoy<\/a> round out the list.<\/p>\n

Muagututia and Wilson were under contract for the 2027 season; however, they have been released 12 months early.<\/p>\n

Brandon Wakeham<\/a> was without a contract at the end of this season; however, reports surfaced in July that he agreed to a two-year extension. No official announcement has been made by the club.<\/p>\n

With Taukeiaho on the older side and having broken his leg in two places in May, it remains unlikely he will continue playing rugby league.<\/p>\n
