Bayern Munich opened their Champions League<\/a> campaign with a 5-0 thrashing of Norway\u2019s Bodo\/Glimt.<\/p>\n

The six-times winners were frustrated before half-time by Bodo\/Glimt but cruised once Jamal Musiala smashed in the opener two minutes into the second period and the floodgates opened.<\/p>\n

Harry Kane headed the second on the hour \u2013 his 34th goal in 39 Champions League appearances for Bayern \u2013 and Alphonso Davies made it 3-0 with a powerful half-volley. With Vincent Kompany\u2019s side in full flow, Michael \u200cOlise completed the scoring with a superb late brace.<\/p>\n

Cesc F\u00e0bregas\u2019s Como impressed on their debut in Europe\u2019s premier club competition, crushing RB Lepzig 4-1.<\/p>\n

Goals from Croatia midfielder Martin Baturina, Greece forward Tasos Douvikas and Senegal\u2019s Assane Diao put Como in control. Serbia midfielder Andrija Maksimovi\u0107 pulled a goal back for Leipzig, before Maximo Perrone sealed a 4-1 victory late on in a dream night in northern Italy.<\/p>\n

Ten-man Slavia Prague suffered \u200bheartbreak at home to Lens \u200cas they conceded twice in \u200bstoppage time to lose 3-2.<\/p>\n

Mikulas \u200bKonecny was sent off for the hosts just after half-time after a tackle was reviewed by VAR, but minutes later Danijel Sturm put the hosts ahead. Abdallah Sima broke Slavia\u2019s resistance with an equaliser only for Sturm to send the home crowd into raptures with his second in the 88th minute.<\/p>\n

Florian Thauvin struck in the 91st minute and there was still time for Lens to snatch victory with a pinpoint strike by Ruben Aguilar.<\/p>\n

PSV came from a goal down to draw 1-1 at home to Shakhtar Donetsk and end a woeful record in their opening matches of Champions League campaigns. The Dutch club had lost their opening fixtures in their last five Champions League appearances and trailed at half-time before Sergi\u00f1o Dest ensured a point.<\/p>\n

Right near the end of a cagey first half, Shakhtar stunned the hosts when Gleiker Mendoza cut in from wide and \u200csent a stunning low \u200cshot beyond the dive of Matej Kovar. PSV responded immediately after the break as the \u200cball was fed across the area to Dest who calmly found the bottom corner with an inch-perfect shot.<\/p>\n

Roma drew 1-1 with Fenerbahce in Istanbul, with Bryan Cristante\u2019s opener for the visitors cancelled out by Archie Brown\u2019s goal three minutes into the second half.
