Former NFL star Antonio Brown has lashed out at comedian Druski after taking issue with a recent skit about CTE, or chronic traumatic encephalopathy. What started as a comedy sketch has now triggered a heated response from Brown, who appeared to believe the video may have been aimed at him.

Antonio Brown lashes out at Druski over a skit he believes mocked his CTE struggles

Druski’s sketch begins with the comedian taking a heavy hit during a football game before developing CTE. The character then spirals into increasingly chaotic behavior, including a car chase.

According to TMZ, Brown was asked during an on-the-street interview whether he believed the skit was taking a shot at him. He appeared to think that was possible and responded with a series of threats toward Druski. He said, “Yeah, I’m gonna f* Druski in his ass. Yo, Druski, I’m gonna f* you in the ass. Not directly and s***, but yeah we’re gonna violate you, bro.”

However, when the interviewer asked what he would do if Druski approached him in person, Brown changed his tone slightly. He instead joked about giving the comedian a wedgie from “Club CTE.”

Brown also referenced an NFL heavyweight as another supposed member of the group, adding another layer to his response.

The exchange has now put the spotlight on Druski’s CTE-themed comedy sketch and Brown’s reaction to it. Neither Brown nor Druski has indicated that the skit was explicitly based on Brown.

CTE, or chronic traumatic encephalopathy, is a brain disease associated with repeated head impacts. It has become a sensitive subject in football discussions. While comedians often use exaggerated scenarios for satire, Brown’s comments show how personal the topic can feel for former players who have experienced the physical demands of the sport.

The incident also reflects the way social media and street interviews can quickly turn a joke into a public dispute. For now, the attention remains focused on whether Druski will respond and whether Brown’s comments were intended as serious threats or provocative humor.
