Jennifer Aniston’s<\/a> romance with Jim Curtis<\/a> “feels different” from her previous relationships, new reporting by People<\/a> reveals. In a story published Friday, a source close to the Friends star detailed precisely why she’s smitten with the hypnotherapist.<\/p>\n

While Aniston “didn’t date seriously for a while,” she’s enjoying spending time with Curtis.<\/p>\n

“Jim’s great. Her close friends love him. He’s amazing to be around,” said the insider. “He has this really calm and secure energy. Jen loves it.”<\/p>\n

They also shared that Aniston is “so used to going 100 miles an hour while balancing projects,” but that Curtis has “helped her turn inwards and slow down a bit.”<\/p>\n

The author has also encouraged her to “really appreciate and feel proud of everything she’s built.”<\/p>\n

“She can be very hard on herself…He supports her in a way that feels new,” the source added.<\/p>\n

It may be “early” for Aniston and Curtis, who’ve only been dating for a few months, but “it’s really positive” so far.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am back from vacation and what an experience!\u201d he wrote, per\u00a0Page Six<\/a>. \u201cWhen I was sick, sad, stuck and in pain, I never thought I would have the abundance, joy and love I now experience on a daily basis.\u201d<\/p>\n
