Jelly Roll just dropped a new song \u2014 and his fans are all having the same reaction.<\/p>\n
On Friday, Aug. 22, the country singer released the song “Box Me Up” in collaboration with BigXthaPlug. The song features both artists singing while BigXthaPlug takes on the rap verses.<\/p>\n
Following the song’s release, fans took to social media to congratulate Jelly Roll on the new hit, while also encouraging the country crooner to return to his rap roots.<\/p>\n
“Jelly Roll , I know you\u2019re going all country singer on us, but as a Day 1 fan I hope you bring some rap soon \ud83d\ude0d especially with Big X !!” commented one fan under Jelly Roll’s Instagram Reel featuring the new song.<\/p>\n
“Bring back rap Jelly! For one song!” said another. “I was waiting for rap Jelly to pop out! \ud83d\udd25\ud83d\ude02” added a third.<\/p>\n
