A line-up of Aussie stars will join pop princess Kylie Minogue<\/a> for the pre-game AFL grand final entertainment.<\/p>\n

Rock artist G Flip will kick off proceedings with an opening set, while singer Michael Paynter is performing the national anthem and long-time favourite Mike Brady will belt out his famous hit Up There Cazaly.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s crazy being on the same bill as Kylie,<\/a> she\u2019s an absolute icon,\u2019\u2019 said G Flip, who performed at the 2022 grand final.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just remember being in primary school and looking up to Kylie. It made me feel like the crazy dreams I had as a kid could be more attainable.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t wait to see her again and I have a feeling this show is going to be huge.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paynter, who will play John Farnham on stage later this year, said it\u2019s an honour to perform the anthem at the grand final for the first time.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m pumped, it\u2019s a beautiful song and a beautiful moment, I\u2019m repping the musical heartbeat of the country,\u2019\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did it for the Sydney cricket test last year and I\u2019ve done it at a prelim.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t really think about who\u2019s listening, I just think about what I\u2019m singing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brady said he\u2019s back after 47 years and couldn\u2019t be more proud.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s always exciting, it\u2019s the highlight of my year,\u2019\u2019 he said. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s got more exciting as the years have rolled on. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very lucky that I get asked to do it, it\u2019s a bloody long time. <\/p>\n

\u201cI love the fact the public embrace it and it still feels relevant. <\/p>\n

\u201cI admire Kylie very much, she\u2019s done incredibly well.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an All-Australian line-up. A lot of people have been asking for that for a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n

AFL Executive General Manager Customer, Commercial and Technology Bec Haagsma said the three additions completed a uniquely Australian entertainment line-up befitting the biggest day on the Australian sporting calendar.<\/p>\n
